Found this postcard recently, it's the NBC radio studios at the corner of Sunset and Vine in Hollywood. The building was new in 1938. The Art Deco painting is a perfect fit with the old style linen postcard. Actually, it's not Art Deco (the zig-zag geometric style at its height of popularity in 1929). It's Art Moderne, or Streamline Moderne, with sleek curved lines, popular during the late 30s.
